Potato And Ham Salad Recipe
A Delicious creamy potato and ham salad recipe.
4 large potatoes, peeled
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
fresh basil to serve.
In a large pot of boiling water, Boil potatoes until fork tender, drain and set aside to cool.
Once potatoes are cool chop into bite sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
Addall ingredients to potatoes and stir well to combine fully.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish with fresh basil and cherry tomatoes to serve.
